It looks like Carlos Gonzalez’s seven-year, $80.5 million contract extension with the Colorado Rockies will be finalized on Tuesday.
According to Gonzalez’s PR firm, the slugger is in Denver today to have his physical examination. Gonzalez will sign the contract tomorrow and a press conference will likely happen shortly thereafter.
