    Indians trade Kelvin De La Cruz to Rangers

    Indians sign Casey Kotchman
    The Cleveland Indians have signed Casey Kotchman to a one-year deal worth $3mm, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports. Kotchman hit a .306 avg in 563 plate appearances for the Rays last season on a minor league deal that paid him $750k.     The Tampa Bay Rays have signed first baseman Casey Kotchman to a Minor League deal with an invitation to Spring Training, according to Marc Topkin of the St. Petersburg Times.     According to a source close to Jon Paul Morosi of FOXSports, the Cleveland Indians have interest in Casey Kotchman on a Minor League deal.     Casey Kotchman becomes a free agent
    The Tacoma News Tribune’s Ryan Divish reports that Seattle Mariner’s first baseman Casey Kotchman has refused to be outrighted and has become a free agent. Kotchman was acquired by the Mariners from the Boston Red Sox on March 18 .
