The Kansas City Royals have avoided arbitration with right handed pitcher Robinson Tejeda according to a team press release. The deal avoids the arbitration process for both parties. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 28-year old Tejeda was 3-5 with a 3.54 ERA in 61 innings throughout 54 games in 2010 with the Royals.
